3-4 tomatoes, 2 medium sized cucumbers, 1 head lettuce finely cut, 1 onion thinly sliced, 7oz. feta cheese, 1 green pepper thinly sliced,2-3 tablespoons vinegar, 3-4 tablespoons olive oil, 5oz.black olives, 2 tablespoons capers, salt, oregano....Wash all the vegetables well. In a bowl, slice the tomatoes in thin quarters. Add the cucumbers(peeled and thinly sliced), the lettuce, the onion, the oregano,the green pepper, the olives, and the capers. Dress the salad with the olive oil, salt and vinegar, and mix gently. Finally, add the feta cheese broken into small chunks.
