1lb. kasseri cheese
1 egg slightly beaten
1 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. flour
olive oil
1 oz. brandy
lemon
Slice the cheese about 1/3 inch thick. Combine beaten egg and milk mix well. Dip each slice of cheese into egg mixture. Drain and dip into flour until evenly coated on both sides. Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in heavy fry pan and fry cheese slices over medium heat until golden brown on both sides. Remove to ovenproof plate. Pour brandy over cheese and light with a match. Drizzle with juice of one lemon until the flame goes out.
