1 lb.2 oz. thick macaroni, 2lbs. 4oz. feta cheese, 10 eggs, 5.5 oz. kefalotyri cheese, 2 1/2c. milk, olive oil/butter, 4 sheets filo dough....Boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water. Drain through a collander and place in a bowl. Add the grated kefalotyri, and feta cheeses, the eggs(beaten), the milk , a small amount of olive oil and mix. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan and line it with 2 sheets of filo dough brushing each sheet with melted butter.
