1 lb.2 oz. thick macaroni, 2lbs. 4oz. feta cheese, 10 eggs, 5.5 oz. kefalotyri cheese, 2 1/2c. milk, olive oil/butter, 4 sheets filo dough....Boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water. Drain through a collander and place in a bowl. Add the grated kefalotyri, and feta cheeses, the eggs(beaten), the milk , a small amount of olive oil and mix. Butter 9 x 13 inch pan and line it with 2 sheets of filo dough brushing each sheet with melted butter. Spread the macaroni mixture evenly over the filo dough and then cover it with the other two sheets of filo dough(butter each sheet) Bake in a 350 degrees until the pie is golden brown.
